How harmful is second hand smoke???

I understand we all have bad habits. However, smoking
is one of those habits that turn into a deadly outcome
not only for you but also for the ones around you.

Second hand smoke is just as deadly.  Every cigarette
you smoke that is 10 cigarettes for the non-smoker
around you.

Smoking cigarettes to some is a form of recreation and
you may be asking yourself how you smoking a
cigarette is harmful to another.

The fact of the matter is the smoker get the filtered
smoke but second hand smoke you get both what the
smoker exhales out and the chemicals that is burned off
the cigarette. The damage of second hand smoke can
cause the person breathing problems, lung cancer,
throat cancer, and a string of other health problems
that can cause death.

The bottom line is smoking is not good for the body and
why hurt your body and set yourself up for an early
grave. When you smoke you are not only affecting  
yourself you are harming the ones you love and the
ones around you.

According to the EPA
(Environment Protection Agency), “secondhand
smoke is a mixture of the smoke given off by the
burning end of a cigarette, pipe, or cigar, and the
smoke exhaled by smokers. Secondhand smoke
contains more that 4,000 substances, several of
which are known to cause cancer in humans or
animals.” The EPA has concluded that “exposure
to secondhand smoke causes approximately
3,000 lung cancer deaths per year in nonsmokers. "
