Life can be difficult at and stress is considered a part of life.
However, life does not have to be stressful if we change our
outlook on life. There are ways you can channel your stress into
spiritual enlightenment activities. Perhaps meditation!

What is meditation? Meditation means to engage in mental
exercise (as concentration on one's breathing or repetition of a
mantra) for the purpose of reaching a heightened level of spiritual
awareness. What is mantra? Mantra is a commonly repeated word
or phrase.

Meditation is a good mental exercise to practice daily because not
only does it relieve stress it enlightens you to connect to the
spiritual world and spiritual energy.

Meditation can be practiced standing, sitting, or lying down.
Whatever position makes you comfortable. Relieving stress
through meditation can open your creative flow to accomplish
various things in your life you thought were not possible. Meditate
and become one with self and become one with the positive energy
and spiritual light source.
